Shipping Costs

Customs, Duties & VAT

We ship from the EU or use the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system when applicable.

  • Denmark (EU):

    All prices include VAT. No additional customs fees apply.

  • United Kingdom:

    VAT and import duties may apply depending on the order value and UK regulations. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Transfer of Ownership & Risk

Include your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.
